Clinical Presentation

25-year-old lawyer feeling tired all the time.

1Large, well-circumscribed, round suprahilar nodule on radiograph.
2CT confirms a well-defined anterior right upper lobe mass without invasion.
3The lesion contains areas of macroscopic fat and coarse, chunky 'popcorn' calcifications.
4No lymphadenopathy or surrounding parenchymal reaction.
