Clinical Presentation
Acutely unwell.
- 1Airspace opacification in the left lower lung zone obscuring the left hemidiaphragm and lower lobe vessels.
- 2The left heart border is well visualized, localizing the density posteriorly to the lower lobe.
- 3Triangular area of opacification visible behind the heart.
- 4Associated small left pleural effusion. No significant volume loss.
