Clinical Presentation
Chronic right ankle pain
- 1A serpiginous line displaying low signal in T1 and high signal in T2 and STIR is seen surrounding the necrotic area of the dome and lateral portion of the talus
- 2Associated marrow oedema of the rest of talus and moderate joint effusion is noted.
