Clinical Presentation
No history.
- 1Previous median sternotomy wires are intact.
- 2Prominent upper lobe pulmonary veins indicating venous hypertension.
- 3Splaying of the carina (angle > 90 degrees) due to massive subcarinal left atrial enlargement.
- 4CT confirms massive left atrial enlargement, normal LV, and a calcified/thickened mitral valve.
