Clinical Presentation
Shortness of breath.
- 1Large left pleural effusion occupying the entire hemithorax.
- 2Mediastinal shift to the right, signifying a 'tension' component.
- 3Left lung is subtotally collapsed.
- 4Absent right breast shadow (previous mastectomy).
- 5Left subclavian line in situ with tip at the cavoatrial junction.
