79-year-old man with progressive shortness of breath.
- 1Low lung volumes and a subpleural reticular pattern on XR, heavily involving the lung bases.
- 2HRCT shows a highly symmetrical, subpleural, and basally predominant pattern of reticulation.
- 3Significant architectural distortion, traction bronchiectasis, and bronchiolectasis.
- 4Severe multi-layered subpleural macrocystic honeycombing.
