Clinical Presentation
40-year-old male heavy smoker. History of increasing shortness of breath over the past year.
- 1Bilateral reticulonodular opacification on XR with relative sparing of the lung bases and preserved lung volumes.
- 2HRCT demonstrates multiple cysts of varying sizes and wall thicknesses, many displaying bizarre or lobulated shapes.
- 3Small cavitating and non-cavitating centrilobular nodules are interspersed with the cysts.
- 4Complete sparing of the costophrenic angles and extreme lung bases.
