Clinical Presentation
‘Unwell in emergency department.’
- 1Dual-chamber ICD generator palpable in the left pectoral region.
- 2Both pacing/defibrillation leads are severely retracted and displaced.
- 3Atrial lead terminates prematurely in the SVC. Ventricular lead terminates in the right atrium.
- 4Round metallic opacity with a lucent centre overlying the generator, representing a deactivation magnet.
