Clinical Presentation
35-year-old man presenting with a stroke.
- 1Small lung nodule projected over the right diaphragmatic recess on the frontal radiograph.
- 2A prominent branch of the right pulmonary artery leading directly into the right lower lobe lesion.
- 3Contrast-enhanced CT confirms a right lower lobe nodule supplied by a dilated feeding vessel mapping out an AVM.
- 4No secondary pulmonary lesions identified.
