  • 1Blurring of the right heart border with apparent opacification of the right cardiophrenic angle.
  • 2Posterior ribs are unusually horizontal, and some are angled superiorly (steep ribs).
  • 3Heart is displaced to the left without true cardiomegaly.
  • 4No pleural effusion or active focal consolidation.
