Clinical Presentation
Progressive shortness of breath over months.
- 1Bilateral reticulonodular pattern on XR, most marked perihilar, with relative sparing of the lower lung zones.
- 2Prominent bilateral hila suggesting lymphadenopathy.
- 3HRCT features multiple small perifissural, subpleural, and peribronchovascular nodules.
- 4Confluent areas of beading and irregular nodular thickening along the bronchovascular bundles.
