Clinical Presentation
? Myocardial infarction. Patient is haemodynamically stable at present. Report the chest radiograph first.
- 1Gross enlargement of the thoracic aorta seen on the frontal radiograph.
- 2Large oval opacification extending from the right mid zone to the base without obscuration of the pulmonary vessels.
- 3CT confirms a large descending thoracic aortic aneurysm arising distal to the left subclavian artery.
- 4Moderate right haemothorax and small left haemothorax.
