Clinical Presentation
Tired all the time.
- 1Widened, lobulated superior mediastinum with gross thickening of the right paratracheal stripe on XR.
- 2Triangular opacity in the left retrocardiac region with depressed left main bronchus indicating left lower lobe volume loss.
- 3CT demonstrates an infiltrating mass encasing the great vessels and extending to the heart.
- 4Grossly thickened atrial septum and small pleural/pericardial effusions.
